Event Concept
The Baltic Council International Higher Education Roadshow – Poland combines exclusive school visits with a large-scale public study abroad fair in the capital city — giving your institution maximum exposure to both secondary school students and their parents.
•    In Warsaw, you will visit leading schools in the morning and take part in the main Study Abroad Fair in the afternoon at the Radisson Blu Sobieski Hotel, located in the city centre.
•    The event is open to the public, welcoming students, parents, teachers, and school groups interested in international education.

Programme Overview
14 November 2026 – Warsaw
•    09:00–12:00: Visits and on-site mini fairs at selected high schools in Warsaw
•    13:00–16:00: Main Study Abroad Fair at Radisson Blu Sobieski Hotel, Plac Zawiszy 1, Warsaw

Participation Fee
The participation fee is €1,960, which includes:
•    an exhibition table at the Radisson Blu Sobieski Hotel,

•    participation in seminars and presentations.
