PARTICIPAITON FEES
1990 EURO per location (Baltics)

Participation  / promotion of the event will be aimed at the whole territories of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania including most populated cities and regions.

HOW TO APPLY TO BALTIC COUNCIL ONLINE FAIRS
- Complete the online application form : http://www.balticcouncilfairs.org/p/online-fairs/days-of-international-educatio1baltic/for-educators/infopack/register1/

- Choose a preferable meeting schedule (time slots) you would like to follow during the fair’s working hours.

- Provide a valid e-mail address where to send Zoom invitation to link your Zoom account to Baltic Council account. Each participant will have their meeting schedule integrated into Baltic Council Zoom account. Your Zoom account will be unlinked from Baltic Council account after the fair is over.

- E-mail us the following information: textual profile (250-300 words), promo video, photos for the gallery, etc, which will be published on our webpage www.balticcouncil.org in a participant dedicated page.

PLANNING OF YOUR SCHEDULE / TIME SLOTS
You can participate in both days of the fair or just 1 day upon your availability. On default each participant is offered to use all working hours of the fair but сan choose and follow its preferred schedule (time slots). Recommended number of time slots - 2-3 per day, duration of each time slot 1-2 hours (maximum). We recommend to start each time slot with a webinar / presentation followed by QA sessions. Your chosen schedule / time slots will be promoted to the public.

HOW DO PARTICIPANTS MEET THE VISITORS?
Visitors of the fair will register in advance to meet a participant on a particular time slot(s). All registered leads will be forwarded to the participant after the event. Participant’s profile published on www.balticcouncil.org will also contain a link to the participant’s Zoom room for the visitors preferring not to register in advance, but to join the meetings directly.

INDIVIDUAL MEETINGS
The participants of the fair can arrange individual meetings during or after the fair by means of Zoom or other communication channels after their session is finished or contact the visitors directly, also using Baltic Council support.

HOW MANY STAFF MEMBERS CAN TAKE PART IN THE FAIR AT THE SAME TIME?
You can have one, two or more staff members at each Zoom meeting.
